STEAMPUNK: A Clockwork RG!
The Carolinah Regional Gathering 
March 8-10, 2024

After the self-proclaimed triumphant return of the Carolinah Regional Gathering in 2023, it's time to start planning for 2024. As a follow-up to our successful stand as pirates in 2023, the theme for the Carolinah RG 2024 will be STEAMPUNK!

From Jules Verne to Robert Downey Junior's portrayal of Sherlock Holmes, steampunk is an entertaining and interesting subgenre of speculative fiction. As always, our theme should provide the opportunity for some enjoyable programs, thought-provoking discussions, and perhaps even whimsical costumes.

Full-weekend registrations are $75 through January 31, 2024; $85 from February 1, 2024, through February 29, 2024; and $95 from March 1, 2024, and beyond.

To encourage families to join in the fun, PAM is offering a $40 weekend registration rate for ages 7-12 and a $50 registration rate for ages 13-20. First-time attendees can also take a $5 discount off the applicable weekend registration rate.

RG registration includes all programs and activities, beverages and snacks in our hospitality suite, and lunch on Saturday. (Hotel and RG registrations also include complimentary hot morning breakfast and complimentary dinnertime drinks and hot foods.)

The 2024 RG will once again be at the Drury® Inn & Suites Greenville, which is offering rates of $135 for regular rooms, either king or double queen, or $165 for suites, either king or double queen, up to the cutoff date of February 5, 2024, or until sold out. **NOTE** Our reserved block of rooms includes the option to reserve one extra night (Sunday) at the same per-night rate, for those who might wish to stay beyond the "official" end of the gathering and enjoy some extra relaxation time. Please pay attention to this when making your reservation, as you may need to adjust the number of room nights to match your travel plans.

Complimentary hot breakfast is served daily from 6:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. on weekdays and 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
bullet Complimentary Evening Drinks and Foods* - From 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. every evening, guests may enjoy complimentary hot food and cold beverages at the Drury's 5:30 Kickback®. The Drury features a rotating menu of hot food, beer, wine, mixed drinks, and soft drinks.
bullet Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel - Get the score, check social networks, or email family members in the hotel!
bullet Complimentary Soft Drinks and Popcorn - Freshly popped popcorn and refreshing beverages are available each evening for a great nighttime snack!
